One of the perks

of being a Realtor is I get to go through some pretty cool homes.

I toured a home today that was built in 1905.

If you can believe it or not it has been in the same family

 since it was constructed.

In fact a lot of the furniture in the home is original.

Its now in the hands of the third generation

 and is being offered up for sale.

Sad but true.

Sunday Morning

Of course we had a sleepover last night.

This picture was snapped with my cell phone, as I was

enjoying my coffee and my girl first thing in the morning.

I think she likes her Cowboy hat.

Sure did miss this little girl. So much so we came home

4 days early to see her.

Well, we were also home sick.

"Theres no place like home"

Of course there was also a kitchen, bath and bedroom.

Well today is only day 31 out of our 35 day trip,

and we should be home tomorrow.

I'm not saying I'm going to go back to work early (no way) but I miss

my kids, I miss my grandbaby, I miss my house and  I miss my dog.

I'm excited I'll be back home soon.

As we exited the expressway today

I saw an abandoned  barn on our way to the

campground. So right before sunset my husband took me back

 so I could get some pictures.

I took a number of pictures of the whole barn with the sun setting

behind it, but this close up was my favorite.

We visited a Bison Ranch in Cheyenne Wyoming today.

Hundreds of Bison. They gave us a "train" ride through the park,

stopping to let us hand feed the Bison. Well, Ok, I didnt actually

hand feed them. But everyone else did.

We're a long way from home.

We actually were farther away then this.

On July 8th we were 1915 miles away from home.



It happens

Yep! had to take the truck in for a "check engine " light.

Luckily there's a casino on every corner in Nevada.

By the time we walked over had lunch, and dropped

a few bucks in the slots they had the "knock sensor" replaced.

Who knew there was such a thing?

Yosemite National Park



Ahwahnee Hotel



The only night we stayed in a hotel so far.

We got lucky enough to walk in off the street and get a room at

the Ahwahnee hotel.

Its located in the valley of Yosemite National Park.

I would highly recommend it, but please don't be like me call ahead for

reservations.





Road Side Cafe

We stopped at a rest stop in Mammoth California.

Spread out a table cloth and enjoyed a quick lunch.

You just cant get these views at a fast food place.

Pine Forest

We stayed at the campground in Lake Tahoe for

8 days. Directly behind our trailer

was this beautiful Pine forest.

I loved going for walks out there, and I just might of

brought home 3 bags of pinecones. :)
