Rats….hate it when that happens.

I fell on Saturday breaking my right arm in two places.

I will be finishing up my 365 and beyond with my cell phone or my point and shoot. 

The new lens I got from Santa is just going to have to wait.

Frosty the Snowman

Our first snowman of the year. 

I picked up this little snowman in a box last week, everything you need

to make a snowman just add snow.  When we started adding everything on "my girl' 

asks me "whats this' I say "its a corn cob pipe."well she had no clue what a pipe was.

How do you explain to a 3 year old about putting tobacco in a pipe lighting it up and inhaling it?

Christmas Time in the City

We went downtown Chicago for an overnight on Saturday.

We were blessed with a fresh snowfall and mild temperatures.

I put together a "Mini Photo Booth" for the company party. 

I wasn't sure how it would go over but…..everybody seemed to love it!

You should give it a try.

Set up a tripod,  

add a few props

Remote trigger, Instant party.

I'm not quiet sure what Mrs Claus was doing here, but Santa

sure seems to have a twinkle in his eye.

Photo Booth Practice

Just practicing with my photo booth setup for our Christmas Party on Thursday.

My boy His Girl

Our Granddaughter had her first Christmas Pageant EVER.

It was only about 20 mins long.

But she certainly nailed it.

The Ballet

I took her to see Max and Ruby the Nutcracker.

It was a cute little spin off of the Nutcracker. I do believe her favorite

parts were when the "Real Ballerinas" were on stage.

There was supposed to be a little girl standing on the step stool 

decorating the tree. Sorry to say she wasn't cooperating today.

Ugh, the best laid plans.

I spent the whole weekend decking the halls. 

I can now sit back and enjoy the season.

I'm excited we have lots of fun things planned. 

Starting with a girls trip to see the Nutcracker on Friday!
